My Lovely Liar Episode 2 will be airing next week, and fans cannot stop raving about this new and upcoming K-drama. Synopsis
Mok Sol Hee, our protagonist, is not an ordinary young woman like most people assume her to be. The truth is that Sol Hee has the psychic ability to tell when people are lying. When a person insists on telling the truth, she can easily hear the lies and distinguish between what’s real and what isn’t. However, this special ability of hers has come with its own downside.
Having heard many people tell lies in front of her, her faith in others has decreased. She can no longer trust those around her and has formed the opinion that everyone around her is a liar. However, Sol Hee’s opinion slowly begins to change when she meets Kim Do Ha, a young and successful music producer who is also the suspect in a murder case.
Things quickly take a turn when she finds out that Kim Do Ha, the suspect in a murder case, has gone into hiding in the place right next door. To make matters worse, Do Ha happens to be the only person on who her supernatural powers don’t work. She cannot find out if her new neighbor is actually the culprit of the crime or innocent.
This intrigues Sol Hee, and she is determined to find out the truth about Kim Do Ha. The only person who knows the reality behind her neighbor is Jo Deuk Chan, his best friend. Will So Hee be able to find out Do Ha’s secret without her special powers? And as she gets more involved in his life, will a feeling stronger than mere curiosity grow between them?
