Couples who have found love beyond borders will be returning this week as an all-new episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way will be airing soon. With Nicole having thoughts of moving back to her country and Debbie, Gabe, and Kris going through tough times, the other way may not have been the right way for most of this season’s couples.
Airing since June 3rd, 2019, The Other Way follows Americans who’ve decided to move abroad to stay with the love of their life. This is contrary to what we see in the usual series, where foreigners move in with their lovestruck partners from America. Instead of visa or gold digger drama, this spin-off features couples trying to adjust to their new life outside of their home country and experiencing new cultures.
Season 4 consists of six couples, which include Debbie & Oussama, Daniele & Yohan, Nicole & Mahmoud, Jen & Rishi, Kris & Jeymi, and Gabe & Isabel. Debbie’s and Oussama’s age difference is almost 43 years, with her being just a year younger than his father. Daniele and Yohan are not new to TLC as they were also seen in the cast of Love In Paradise 2022.
What Happened In 90-Day Fiancé The Other Way S4 Episode 12?
In the previous episode, we see Debbie having a conversation with Oussama’s family, where she reveals that she had brought presents for the whole family. She gives Oussama’s dad painting supplies since it was something he had always wanted to get good at. She later reveals that she’ll be staying in Morocco and won’t be heading back to America. Oussama’s sister and father are confused as they were under the impression that Debbie would be helping him go to the States.
Jen lets out her frustration over getting half-truths from Rishi. He had hidden the fact that his parents were looking for partners for him, which he clarifies was just a part of their responsibility and that he had already told them about marrying Jen. Her friends feel Rishi is a liar and Jen decides to head back to America since she could not get Rishi to be honest with her. Later we see Nicole feeling her sense of independence disappear now that she had started living in Egypt.
Mahmoud and Nicole get along well, but Nicole doesn’t feel she’ll ever be able to call Egypt her home, as it’s too different from what she’s used to. She heads out to buy groceries with Mahmoud’s sister-in-law, who was also new to Egypt and was from China. Nicole expresses her feelings to Fatima and tells her that she has decided to go back to America and would be taking Mahmoud with her.
Gabe reveals the fact that he got engaged to his mother and sister. They’re shocked that he took such a big decision without informing them but now that things had already come this far, they wanted him to sign a prenup. His mom feels afraid of how things were turning out since she had never met Isabel in person. Gabe hates the thought of having a prenup since he feels that would set the relationship up for failure. He gets frustrated with the way his sister overanalyzes all his partners.
