The Cromwell family are normal people and living a normal human life, except for their grandma who resides in Halloweentown–a place where monsters go to avoid reality. However, the son of the Cromwells’ long-time rival Kalabar now has the plan to use his grandmother’s book to turn Halloweentown into a depressing replica of the real world while turning the people in the real world into monsters. Only Marnie, a young witch, can stop the evil plot.

The gang from Halloweentown returns in this made-for-cable feature. Marnie is a young witch living with other supernatural creatures, such as ghosts and goblins, in the village of Halloweentown.
