Another K-Drama will soon enter your watchlist. Lee Seung Gi’s new drama Mouse has released its first teaser. And things are getting scary in it. Definitely, it’s the change every K-drama fan was waiting for. Not that we don’t love watching drama and romance, but change is always good. Moreover, it will help our favorite actors explore different roles. Thankfully, we are getting one. So, all you K-drama fanatics, get ready to experience suspense, thrill, and action in Mouse.

Lee Seung Gi to be seen in the upcoming K-Drama, Mouse.

Mouse” is an upcoming South Korean drama. It is a new thrilling and action drama, and it will premiere on the tvN network. Choi Ran is penning down the script of Mouse. Kang Cheol Woo (Rugal, My Secret Romance) and Choi Joon Bae (Come and Hug Me, My Dearest Lady) will serve as the directors. Moreover, Ran is known for other shows such as Black and God’s Gift: 14 days

“Mouse” is set in a world where humans can identify a psychopath in advance. The new thriller shows that people can identify psychopaths in advance through a fetus’s DNA test in a mother’s womb. The plot also tells that a crazy killer has left the entire nation in horror and fear. And the police officer, Jung Ba Reum, is determined to catch the culprit. One day Ba-Reum encounters the psychopath and manages to save himself. But, after the incident, he finds his life-changing. 

The upcoming drama also asks a key question, “What if we could identify psychopaths in advance?”

We will get our answers only when the show will arrive. For now, let’s enjoy the first teaser. 

 Mouse: The First Look

The teaser does not tell us enough. But, it surely tells that the new show is going to deliver chills. It starts with a young boy. Already creepy. The boy reads the text written in red while the trailer runs simultaneously. He says that he prayed to God. And he also asked him not to turn him into a monster. But, things did not happen accordingly. The title of the new show also makes an appearance in the video in a glitch motion.

In short, it gave all the right “fear” feels. And we are definitely looking forward to watching Mouse. The show will premiere in February 2021. However, its date is not finalized yet. The show will be available on the tvN network. But, the schedule is also not announced.  We expect the network to drop the release date soon. As the teaser is already here, we expect to get the premiere date and episode schedule soon.

“Mouse” will have 20 episodes, and they will have a runtime of 60 minutes.

Mouse: Cast Details

Lee Seung Gi (My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, Vegabond) will play Jung Ba Reum. Ba-Reum is an outstanding rookie police officer who believes in justice and righteousness. Joining him is Lee Hee Joon (The Legend of the Blue Sea, Yoo Na’s Street), who will play Go Moo Chi. Moo Chi is a strict and hardened detective officer whose parents were killed when he was young. And he will go to any lengths to take revenge.

Park Joo Hyun (Zombie Detective, Extracurricular) will play Oh Bong Yi. She is a high school senior who is skilled in martial arts. At the same time, Kyung Su Jin (Hush, Train)will play Choi Hong Joo, a talented producing director involved with a killer in her childhood.

Many other actors are joining the team as supporting actors. The list includes Ahn Jae Wook (as Han Seo Jun), Kim Jung Nan (as Sung Ji Eun), Pyo Ji Hoon (as Detective Shin), Woo Ji Hyun (as Dong Goo), Kim Young Ok (as Grandma who lives with Bong Yi), Jo Jae Yoon (as Daniel Lee), and Kim Kang Hoon (as Jae Hoon).
