As series 5 of the country’s most popular guessing game begins, The Masked Singer UK 2024 will return to television screens. Twelve new celebrities will once again play twelve characters and take to the stage to sing in disguise.
Over the years, the Saturday night entertainment show has gained popularity among families, but if you’re unfamiliar with the idea, you’re in for a treat. Twelve mysterious celebrities appear in each series, each portraying a different persona and concealing their identity with an amazing costume. Our task is to figure out who is hidden beneath the mask!
The panel and spectators will be confused by each hidden celebrity’s disguised singing as they take the stage, but we won’t know which well-known face is lurking beneath the costume until the character is eliminated.

Happy to be back! Joel Dommett is back with more jazzy outfits and witty one-liners! Joel will appear on the Masked Singer stage again, though, since we also have The Masked Singer Christmas Special 2023 to look forward to in addition to the recent The Masked Singer: I’m A Celebrity special.
Joel stated, “We have some of the best vocalists we’ve ever had on the show, and we’ve had some incredible ones in the past,” about the revival of the program.
“Plus, they’re the most amazing outfits ever. Well, leave if they don’t make you grin! The air fryer is so ridiculous. Being a part of a show that, in addition to the fact that people genuinely appreciate it, allows me to freely express any ideas I may have is incredibly freeing. even in regards to the outfits!
“I have a suit that resembles wallpaper and has wild patterns on it. “Could I start the show as the wallpaper?” I asked the producers. and turn that into a joke? For someone creative, it’s amazing when they merely have an idea and it comes to life. I’ve never had a better job.”
Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan will be on the judging panel once more. It has been suggested, nevertheless, that Rita’s past business commitments will prevent her from attending one of the events.
The Sun claims that Fabulous actress Jennifer Saunders is slated to “bring plenty of laughs and energy” in addition to keeping Rita’s seat warm while she is away.

Rita also acknowledged that the US and UK versions of the show differ slightly. “Oh my goodness, things are so different. Naturally, I have a bias because this is my home, but I think it’s a fantastic talent. The format of this show is simply so ridiculous overall. As a result, the energy is pretty much the same everywhere you go in the world because both the act and the costumes are quite bizarre.
Additionally, Davina McCall acknowledged that she had been doing some study in advance of this series. “You know what? I’ve been perusing all of the celebrity magazines to find out who’s hot right now. I’ve been working on my assignments.
Jonathan Ross acknowledges that he had a preferred outfit for this year as well.”I adore them all, but Weather was my favourite.
