The Pokemon GO Halloween Event ended today

Missing it already? I could say the same thing for myself.

We’ve reported on the 31st that the event was over as an assumption, this was wrong as tons of trainers around the world were still experiencing the event. Reddit and tons of other trainers have now confirmed that the event is now ending for them and many friends around them while experiencing a familiar bird, Pidgey.

While the Pokemon GO event was the first of the series, we’ve seen a huge positive reaction from the community that came from this Halloween event. I’m going to have to assure all of you that in the future Pokemon GO will release more Holiday events including a yearly anniversary event.

What will these future events hold for us? Personally I’ve got no clue, it completely based it’s buff around the major update that we just had, so the next one should offer a similar candy buff while using the next major update that should be released within the next 4-6 months.

What did you think about this update? Do you think Niantic should implement a double candy reward system into the current API so trainers will have an easier time evolving? Let us know in the comment section

That’s all for today, I hope you all have a wonderful day.
