Demon Slayer fans are thrilled with the long-awaited fourth season of the show. Following a gripping third-season cliffhanger, the new arc has met fans’ expectations. Ufotable has skillfully adapted Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga, setting the stage for what’s to come.

As fans know, the nine Hashiras are humanity’s last defense against the demons. However, their task is formidable: either slay 50 demons or defeat one of Muzan’s Demon Moons, often leading to tragic ends.

The season’s opening episode reveals a period of relative peace after the previous season’s events, yet demons continue to haunt the night.

The Hashiras from ‘Demon Slayer’ the Anime

Hashiras Obanai and Sanemi heads on a mission, encountering a group of demons in a ruined castle. This hints at the upcoming Infinity Castle Arc, where the Demon Slayer Corps plans a raid on Muzan’s secret hideout.

Meanwhile, Shinobu is intrigued by how Nezuko overcame the demons’ sunlight weakness. The Hashiras headed into the Demon Slayer mark, held by only three people: Tanjiro, Tokito, and Kanjori. The Infinity Castle Arc promises to be one of the series’ most thrilling arcs, divided into two sub-arcs.

The battles in this arc, including Obanai and Mitsuri versus Nakime, and Tanjiro and Giyu versus Akaza, are anticipated to be intense. However, the battle with Kokushibo, Upper Moon 1, against Sanemi, Muichiro, Genya, and Gyomei is set to be the most iconic, with significant casualties.

Nezuko from ‘Demon Slayer’ the Anime

The battle at the Infinity Castle proves devastating, with many fan-favorite characters meeting their end. Giyu, despite losing an arm and his sword breaking, fulfills his promise to protect Tanjiro. Sanemi survives his intense battle with Kokushibo, barely escaping death.

The Fallen Hashiras’ deaths, including Giyu and Sanemi’s heroic efforts, leave fans heartbroken.
