Spider-Man: Brand New Day has officially passed the $2 billion mark at the worldwide box office, giving Tom Holland’s latest Marvel adventure another major milestone just three weeks after its theatrical release.

The movie has earned approximately $785 million in North America and $1.23 billion internationally, bringing its global total to around $2.022 billion. The result makes Brand New Day only the eighth movie in history to cross the $2 billion threshold.

Brand New Day Joins Hollywood’s $2 Billion Club

The latest Spider-Man movie now stands alongside some of the biggest box-office successes ever released, including Avatar, Avengers: Endgame, Avatar: The Way of Water, Titanic, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Avengers: Infinity War. Holland’s previous Spider-Man movie, No Way Home, came close to the milestone with roughly $1.9 billion worldwide.

Brand New Day has also reached the $2 billion benchmark at remarkable speed. Variety reported that only Avengers: Endgame reached the milestone faster, doing so in just 11 days.

The movie’s performance was already apparent during its opening weekend, when it reportedly generated $355 million domestically and $932 million worldwide. It then crossed $1 billion globally within only six days, establishing itself as one of the strongest theatrical performers of 2026.

With its international run continuing and audience interest remaining strong, Spider-Man: Brand New Day could climb significantly higher before leaving theaters. The film has already become the eighth-highest-grossing movie worldwide, while speculation is now growing over whether it can challenge the $3 billion mark.
