Rookie boy group TUNEXX is officially set to make their highly anticipated return to the music scene with their second mini album, titled BLUE MODE.
According to their agency, IST Entertainment, the seven-member group will drop their new EP at 6:00 PM KST on September 2, 2026.
This upcoming release marks the group’s very first comeback since making their official debut earlier this year on March 3 with their debut EP Set by Us Only and its title track “I’m Alive.”
As IST Entertainment’s newest boy group following Apink and The Boyz, TUNEXX consists of members Donggyu, Inhu, Taira, Sungjun, Zeon, Sihwan, and Thai member Arctic.
With several members, including leader Donggyu, having previously built a strong fan base through Mnet’s survival show Boys II Planet (2025), anticipation for their first official return has reached a high point among global K-pop fans.
Teaser Schedule and Promotional Rollout
IST Entertainment revealed the official promotional timetable across TUNEXX’s social media platforms, detailing a multi-phase teaser rollout leading up to the September release:
- Concept Photos: Two sets of concept teasers titled “X Mode” and “B Mode.”
Teaser Materials: A track list reveal, a highlight medley, and an official music video teaser.
Album Versions: Physical packaging previews including “X Mode,” “B Mode,” and individual member versions.
- According to the revealed track list, BLUE MODE will feature four new songs: “SYNC UP,” the title track “BLUE MODE,” “ANSWER,” and “OVER X.”
Pre-Orders and Exclusive Fan Events
Pre-orders for BLUE MODE have officially opened across major global distribution platforms, including MAKESTAR and international retailer sites.
The physical album package includes an 80-page photobook, CD, stickers, an ID photo (random 1 out of 7), a folded poster, a photo postcard (random 1 out of 7), photocards (random 2 out of 14), and a unit photocard (random 1 out of 6).
To commemorate their return, IST Entertainment and MAKESTAR announced a series of special pre-order events set for September 11, 2026.
The upcoming schedule will feature:
- Face-to-Face Fansign Event: An in-person fansign session for 30 selected winners in Seoul.
- Group Video Call Event: A digital meet-and-greet for 15 selected global fans.
- 1:1 Video Call Event: Individual video call sessions with specific members (3 winners per member, 21 winners total).
