The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office officially issued a non-indictment ruling regarding the criminal complaint filed against Hwichan.
According to the official statement released by OMEGA X’s current agency, IPQ, the prosecution found Hwichan “not guilty” due to a lack of evidence.
