Nintendo has revealed its latest maintenance schedule covering Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch services. The planned downtime affects Nintendo Switch Online features, save data transfers, system transfers, and selected Nintendo eShop functions.
The first scheduled session affects Nintendo Switch Online on the Home Menu, running from 6 PM to 9:30 PM PT on September 27. This corresponds to September 28 in the UK and Europe.
Nintendo will then conduct one-hour maintenance for save data transfers and system transfers on September 28 in the U.S. and September 29 in the UK and Europe. Both services are scheduled for 2 AM to 3 AM ET, while European users will see downtime from 8 AM to 9 AM.

Players planning to move data between Switch consoles should account for the scheduled interruption. Nintendo’s official support documentation confirms that system transfers can move user information and associated save data between compatible consoles.
Nintendo has also scheduled a longer eShop maintenance period from October 19 to October 20, affecting the use of prepaid funds cards and download codes. The downtime is planned to last more than four hours in North America and Europe.
