IVE kicked off its next comeback era with a special fan event at Spotify DIVE ACADEMY in Seoul on October 19, 2026. Held just hours after the pre-release of “Looks Can Kill,” the event brought the K-pop group closer to its fans, known as DIVE, ahead of its upcoming EP on October 26.
The one-night-only performance featured members ANYUJIN, GAEUL, REI, JANGWONYOUNG, LIZ, and LEESEO. The group performed “Looks Can Kill” live for the first time and gave fans an early live debut of “Girls Girls Girls,” a track from the upcoming release.
The setlist also included popular IVE songs such as “BANG BANG,” “LOVE DIVE,” “XOXZ,” and “REBEL HEART.” Alongside the performances, the members took part in a talk segment reflecting on their upcoming musical chapter and reconnecting with fans after an extended period apart.
IVE REFLECTS ON COMEBACK AND RECONNECTING WITH DIVE
The event followed an immersive Spotify DIVE ACADEMY experience held on October 17 and 18, which invited fans into the visual world of “Looks Can Kill.” The October 19 live show brought the three-day celebration to a close.
ANYUJIN highlighted the importance of meeting fans in person as the group introduced its new title track. “We’re so grateful to Spotify for creating this special opportunity to make unforgettable memories with our DIVEs,” she said, adding that sharing the comeback moment with fans made it especially meaningful.
LIZ also reflected on the group’s return after eight months, following the completion of its world tour. She described reconnecting with DIVE up close as a special experience.
Fans who missed the Seoul event will have another opportunity to experience the performances. Spotify plans to release full performance videos from the show exclusively on its platform, alongside a special video podcast featuring the members’ talk segment.
JANGWONYOUNG encouraged fans worldwide to look out for the upcoming videos, explaining that the performances would be available exclusively on Spotify.
With “Looks Can Kill” already released ahead of the EP’s October 26 launch, the DIVE ACADEMY event has given fans an early look at IVE’s next musical era.
