HIDIVE has officially revealed its plans for Anime Expo 2026, confirming a packed showcase headlined by the North American premiere of HELL MODE: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing Season 2. The announcement highlights the platform’s broader push into the Summer 2026 simulcast season, with multiple premieres, exclusive screenings, and a special guest panel lined up for fans attending the event in Los Angeles.
The programming will take place throughout the July 4th weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center, where HIDIVE returns with both on-stage presentations and its interactive exhibit booth.
HELL MODE Season 2 Leads HIDIVE’s Anime Expo Lineup
HIDIVE’s Anime Expo 2026 schedule begins on Thursday, July 2, with a major highlight: the North American premiere of HELL MODE Season 2. The popular isekai action series, known for its game-like progression and high-difficulty narrative, will screen its latest season for fans ahead of its wider release.
The same day will also feature an encore screening of Episode 1 and the world premiere of Episode 2 of The World Is Dancing, a new historical drama series that blends emotional storytelling with performance-driven themes. The dual showcase reflects HIDIVE’s strategy of offering both returning hits and fresh titles within the same spotlight.
The spotlight continues on Saturday, July 4, with the North American premiere of The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Road Trip, a new isekai series that mixes adventure with culinary storytelling. The screening will be followed by a Q&A session featuring director Atsushi Nigorikawa, giving attendees direct insight into the creative process behind the series.

HIDIVE will close out its Anime Expo schedule on Sunday, July 5, with the English dub world premiere of HELL MODE Season 2, offering fans an early look at the localized version of the anticipated sequel.
Full Event Schedule Highlights
Across the four-day event, HIDIVE will maintain a strong presence with both screenings and its exhibit booth (#SF13), which will be open daily for fans. The booth is expected to feature themed displays, photo opportunities, and previews of upcoming titles.
The programming emphasizes variety, spanning genres such as action, isekai, gourmet storytelling, and historical drama. HIDIVE also encouraged attendees to share their experiences online using the hashtag #AXHIDIVE, signaling a continued focus on fan engagement and social interaction.
