g.o.d’s Son Ho Young is preparing to celebrate an important milestone in his music career with a special solo concert.

The singer will mark the 20th anniversary of his solo debut through a two-day concert titled “HORIZON,” giving fans an opportunity to look back on his journey as a solo artist while also welcoming a new chapter in his musical career.

According to his agency, the concert will take place on October 31 at 6 p.m. KST and November 1 at 5 p.m. KST at KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

The event will be Son Ho Young’s first solo concert in approximately five years, following his 2021 concert “Hello? SHY.”

The upcoming performances are expected to bring together music from different stages of his solo career and reflect the experiences he has accumulated over the past two decades.

The concert forms part of a larger 20th-anniversary project that also includes new music.

Son Ho Young is scheduled to release a new digital single titled “Go Around” on October 14 at 6 p.m. KST through various online music platforms.

The release will mark his first new solo music in about five years, following his March 2021 single “In the Flow of Time.”

Son Ho Young Begins His 20th Anniversary Project With New Music

Son Ho Young first debuted as a member of g.o.d in 1999, before beginning his solo career in 2006.

Over the years, he has continued to work both as a member of the group and as an individual artist, building a separate musical identity through albums, singles, performances, and fan events.

His upcoming digital single “Go Around” is being released as the opening part of his 20th-anniversary celebrations.

His agency described the song as a meaningful release that reflects the musical depth he has developed throughout his long career.

The agency stated,

“Son Ho Young, who is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his solo debut this year, has infused the new song with the musical depth he has cultivated over the years.”

The release is particularly notable because it comes after a five-year gap in his solo music activities.

During that period, Son Ho Young continued to remain active through g.o.d-related activities and fan events. Earlier in 2026, he held a solo fan meeting titled “HOurs” at Yonsei University Centennial Memorial Hall Concert Hall in March.

He also met fans at Everland in May during a special fan concert connected to g.o.d’s 10,000th day since debut.

More recently, he began unveiling concept images for “Go Around.”

The promotional photographs present a softer, mature atmosphere, with Son Ho Young appearing in relaxed everyday settings.

One set of images shows him spending time inside a camper van, while another focuses on ordinary moments and autumn-inspired styling.

The visuals complement the reflective nature of his anniversary project.

‘HORIZON’ Will Look Back on Two Decades of Solo Music

Following the release of “Go Around,” Son Ho Young will meet fans through his anniversary concert “HORIZON.”

The title represents a new point on his musical journey while also providing an opportunity to revisit the years that brought him to this milestone.

The upcoming concert will be his first solo concert in roughly five years. His previous solo concert, “Hello? SHY,” was held in 2021. For “HORIZON,” he plans to present performances that cover his solo musical journey and showcase different aspects of his career.

The concert is scheduled for two performances at KBS Arena in Seoul.

Tickets are set to go on sale through Ticketlink on October 2 at 8 p.m. KST.

The anniversary celebrations therefore bring together several important moments for Son Ho Young: his return with new solo music, his first solo concert in around five years, and the commemoration of two decades since he began his career as a soloist.

As he prepares for “HORIZON,” Son Ho Young is revisiting the musical journey that began with his solo debut in 2006 while looking ahead to the next stage of his career.

The October release of “Go Around” and the November 1 conclusion of the two-day concert will form the central parts of his 20th-anniversary project.
