In Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba, the Hashira Training Arc intensifies as Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira undergo rigorous training under the guidance of the Hashira. Tasked with honing their combat skills and mental fortitude, the young Demon Slayers prepare relentlessly for the impending battle against Muzan Kibutsuji and the formidable Upper Moons.
As the arc nears its climax, fans can anticipate an expanded narrative treatment. Following the airing of episode six of the Hashira Training Arc in Japan, the official Twitter account and website for Demon Slayer announced special plans for the final two episodes. Episode seven will be presented in a 40-minute time slot on Fuji TV, while episode eight, the arc’s culmination, will extend to a full 60-minute airing.
In an exciting development, both episodes will receive theatrical screenings simultaneously with their TV broadcast. On June 30, TOHO Cinema Shinjuku will host the screening of episode eight, followed by a special stage talk featuring cast members starting at approximately 12:20 AM on July 1. Fans worldwide can join as the conversation will be streamed live on Aniplex’s YouTube channel.
Tickets for the screening and talk event will be available through a lottery system starting June 24.
