Mortal Shell II is a dark fantasy action RPG and Soulslike sequel developed by Cold Symmetry and published by Playstack. The game expands on the original Mortal Shell with a larger interconnected world, more aggressive combat mechanics, expanded exploration, and new weapon options while retaining the series’ signature mechanic of inhabiting different warrior “Shells.” Players take control of powerful Shells to battle corrupted enemies, challenge brutal bosses, and uncover the secrets of a devastated world filled with false gods and ancient mysteries. The sequel aims to deliver a deeper and more open-ended experience while building upon the challenging melee combat that defined the original game.
