CyberAgent and Cygames Pictures are gearing up to release a new anime called Apocalypse Hotel in 2025.

This original series will feature character designs by the experienced mangaka Izumi Takemoto, known for his works like Neko Me~Waku, Teke Teke My Heart, and Garden Shimai.

Shigeru Morikoshi, recognized for his work on ZOMBIE LAND SAGA and Ninja Kamui, will handle the series composition. The anime will also have a theme song by Aiko, titled skirt.

A teaser visual and video for the anime have already been shared, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come.

The plot of Apocalypse Hotel is set in a world where humanity has vanished and civilization has crumbled.

In this desolate world, nature has slowly taken over, leaving behind a single, ancient hotel that remains standing.

The hotel’s situation is quite grim, as it currently has no guests, no new reservations, and zero homepage views from the previous day.

The story will focus on the life and events occurring in this lone hotel amidst a world without people.

Cygames Pictures, the studio behind recent successful adaptations like Princess Connect! Re:Dive and Uma Musume: Pretty Derby – Road to the Top, will be animating this project.

With Takemoto’s unique character designs and Morikoshi’s storytelling expertise, along with Aiko’s musical contribution, Apocalypse Hotel aims to deliver a compelling and atmospheric story set against the backdrop of a post-human world.
