Exciting news for Call of the Night fans arrived as Fuji TV’s official YouTube channel the first teaser for season 2. The promotional video, released on March 13, 2025, confirmed that the highly anticipated sequel will premiere in July 2025.

Call of the Night Season 2 Set for Summer 2025 Premiere

Alongside the release window confirmation, the teaser introduced a brand-new voice cast member and hinted at the storyline’s continuation. The anime, based on Kotoyama’s popular manga series, left fans eager to see what comes next for Kou and Nazuna. As anticipation builds, the first season is set for a re-broadcast on Fuji TV starting April 11, 2025, ensuring fans can revisit the story before the sequel’s debut.

The teaser for Call of the Night season 2 kicks off with a conversation between the lead characters, Nazuna and Kou, suggesting that the sequel will pick up where the first season concluded. Footage from the upcoming episodes was also shown, featuring new characters and teasing intriguing developments.

The video concluded with the official confirmation that Call of the Night season 2 will premiere in July 2025. The anime will continue airing on Fuji TV’s Noitamina programming block, a slot known for featuring top-tier series. Additionally, to build excitement for the sequel, Fuji TV will begin re-broadcasting season 1 on April 11, 2025.

Alongside the release window, the teaser also introduced a new addition to the voice cast. Rina Satou will voice Kiku Hoshimi, a yet-to-be-revealed character in the sequel. Satou is a well-known name in the anime industry, having played roles like Senjumaru in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War and Baby 5 in One Piece.

The returning main cast includes Saori Amamiya as Nazuna Nanakuse, Gen Satou as Kou Yamori, Yumiri Hanamori as Akira Asai, and Eri Kitamura as Niko Hirata. Fans can expect these talented voice actors to bring their characters to life once again as the story continues.
