The anime Bungo Stray Dogs will celebrate its 10th anniversary in April 2026, marking ten years since the series first aired on April 7, 2016.
To commemorate the milestone, a special anniversary event titled Bungo Stray Dogs -Mayoi Inutachi No Onso- (Anime Soundtrack Concert) has been officially announced. International tickets are now available, allowing overseas fans to attend the live soundtrack performance in Japan.
The event will be held in May 2026 with performances scheduled in Osaka and Tokyo. The concert will be led by Taku Iwasaki, the composer behind the series’ soundtrack. Alongside him, a lineup of experienced musicians will perform music from the anime in a live band arrangement.
This concert is particularly notable because it will feature the first full-scale band live performance in the history of Bungo Stray Dogs. The performance will combine live music with anime visuals projected onto a large screen, creating an immersive experience for fans attending the event.
In addition to the music, newly recorded character voice announcements will be played at the beginning and end of each performance. These announcements will differ depending on the show, meaning each performance will offer a slightly different experience for attendees.
Fans who want to revisit the series’ music before the event can also listen to official playlists featuring tracks scheduled to be performed at the concert. These playlists are available on major music streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.

Each applicant can purchase up to four tickets. Tickets will be issued as paper tickets and will become available for pickup one week before the event date.

The concert will feature several performers including Taku Iwasaki (Band Master, Keyboards), Tsuneo Imahori (Guitar), Toshino Tanabe (Bass), Shun Minari (Drums), Jill Strings, Yuri Nakamura Group (Sax Quartet), Funta7 (Synthesizer), Lotus Juice (Rap Vocal), and Miwa Sugai (Jazz Vocal), along with other musicians.

All attendees will receive a special admission gift that includes a printed setlist (A4 size). Ticket packages that include bonus items will also come with an original 24-page pamphlet featuring interviews with the creative team and behind-the-scenes materials, along with a satin sticker. The sticker design will differ between the Osaka and Tokyo performances.
Another highlight of the event will be special character announcement voices played at the opening and closing of each stage. These will be voice-only segments featuring members of the anime’s cast.
For the Osaka performance, the opening announcement will feature Osamu Dazai (VA: Mamoru Miyano) and Chuya Nakahara (VA: Kisho Taniyama), while the closing announcement will feature Atsushi Nakajima (VA: Yuto Uemura) and Ryunosuke Akutagawa (VA: Kensho Ono).
For the Tokyo performances, the announcements will vary between stages, featuring different combinations of the same characters.
International fans can purchase tickets through a dedicated ticketing page. Payments must be made in Japanese Yen via credit card. Tickets can be collected at any 7-Eleven store in Japan using the ticket number provided via email.
