EXO’s Baekhyun has reportedly established a new entertainment company, with fellow members Chen and Xiumin expected to carry out their future EXO-CBX activities through the agency.
The development marks another step in the trio’s efforts to establish an independent base for their musical activities.
On October 30, media outlet Biz Hankook reported that Baekhyun had founded a company called B.ON Entertainment, with the singer listed as its CEO. The company’s official English name has yet to be confirmed.
According to the report, B.ON Entertainment was established on September 18, shortly after a court granted EXO-CBX’s request for a preliminary injunction suspending the validity of their exclusive contracts with INB100.
The company initially registered Baekhyun’s residence as its headquarters before relocating its registered address on October 22 as preparations for office space began.
An individual who previously handled management responsibilities at CBX’s former agency has also reportedly joined the new company, adding to speculation about the trio’s plans to work together through the newly established organisation.
Baekhyun’s New Company to Support Future CBX Activities
Following the reports, a representative of B.ON Entertainment confirmed that Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin would be working together through the company, although formal contracts have not yet been signed.
The representative explained that establishing a corporation was necessary for practical reasons, including handling payments for smaller-scale events and addressing tax-related matters.
The company also indicated that more concrete plans for activities through B.ON Entertainment are likely to take shape after March 2027.
The announcement has drawn attention from EXO-Ls, as the three members have continued to navigate their professional arrangements while pursuing activities as EXO-CBX.

Baekhyun previously founded INB100 in 2024, which became the agency responsible for managing his individual activities as well as those of Chen and Xiumin.
The trio had moved their solo and unit promotions away from SM Entertainment while maintaining arrangements for EXO group activities.
The establishment of B.ON Entertainment therefore represents a new development in the management structure surrounding the three artists.
However, with formal contracts yet to be signed, further details about the company’s operations and the trio’s future schedules remain to be confirmed.
Ongoing Contract Dispute Adds Context to the Development
The new company was reportedly established amid the ongoing legal dispute involving EXO-CBX and INB100.
The latest report follows a court decision granting the trio’s request for a preliminary injunction to suspend the validity of their exclusive contracts with their former agency.
The legal development has added another chapter to the complicated relationship between the artists and their management arrangements.
While the trio’s future activities through B.ON Entertainment have been confirmed in principle by a company representative, the precise contractual and operational details have not yet been announced.
Baekhyun, Chen and Xiumin originally began their independent activities under INB100 after leaving SM Entertainment’s management for their individual and unit promotions in 2024.
At the time, SM Entertainment clarified that the three members would continue participating in EXO’s group activities under the existing arrangements.
The distinction between their individual, unit and group activities has remained an important part of the discussion surrounding their careers.
The latest development concerns the future direction of CBX rather than confirming any change to EXO’s group arrangements.
For now, B.ON Entertainment is expected to provide an organisational base for the three singers as they prepare for their next chapter.
With more detailed plans anticipated after March 2027, fans will be watching for further announcements regarding the company’s official launch, contractual arrangements and upcoming activities.
