AJ Styles is a WWE legend, but he has a surprising goal! In a recent interview, the 46-year-old wrestler said he wants to be the most hated villain (heel) ever in professional wrestling!
Styles says he wants to be the meanest, ugliest (in terms of character) bad guy possible. His goal is to get more boos from the crowd than any other wrestler, even Dominik Mysterio, who is known for getting negative reactions.

“I want to be that guy,” Styles said. “When I step into the arena, I want more boos than Dominik Mysterio. That’s what I’m after. That’s my job, and I want to do it better than anybody.”
Despite this, fans still cheered him at WWE Backlash. Even though Styles wants to be hated as a character, he’s still very popular with the fans.
At a recent WWE Backlash event, fans actually sang a soccer chant to cheer him on during his match! This shows that Styles is a great performer who can get both cheers and boos, depending on the character he’s playing.
