As I mentioned earlier, Subaru is a type of character who just speaks his thoughts out loud without giving it a single thought. Although, he always means well. These words made my eyes teary when I was watching the anime. Wilhelm Van Astrea aims to be the strongest knight. While his training, he stumbles on a girl who also happens to be Sword Saint. While he was young, Wilhelm Van Astrea often fought the Sword Saint named “Theraesia” but never won. After enough training, resolve, and determination to be the strongest, he defeated her.

She finally hears “thank you” from Subaru instead of a sorry. She’s happy that for once Natsu has relied on her and not her on Subaru. Natsu is always trying to help Emilia. He always wants to get her out of a bad situation. But he often messes up and ends up saying sorry again and again. But for once, Subaru is thankful for what Emilia has done and Emilia is happy about it.

Aren’t these most relatable words? Even though Natsuki is a fictional character, we can always relate to him. He is sensible, trying to find an easy way to live a life and make others happy around him. After all, it’s our life, we can always choose what we want to do.

After dying so many times, Subura intends to give up. He asks Rem to come with her. He thinks that maybe only with her he could have a peaceful life. But Rem says she can’t go. She confesses her love to him and says she needs him by her side. This is another beautiful scene from the anime. And we finally see Rem confessing her love to Subaru.
10) “I’ve been… Returning by Death.. to start again.. over and over.. I… All this time… Ever since I came to this world… I’ve never, ever been able to say it to anyone… Over and over… all alone… alone this whole time… I… I…” – Natsuki Subaru.
These were the words that we all wanted to hear. Natsu not being able to tell anyone about this hurtful ability finally can say these words to Echidna. He can’t tell anyone about this ability because if he does then, either Subaru or the person who’s hearing(only the loved ones) will die because of the curse.
Yes, finally he is relieved of so much that he’s been going through. This scene describes to us how important it is to let out the words every once in a while. How relieved you will feel just by saying the things you want to say. These quotes are by far my favorite in Re: zero. Subura said the words he always wanted to say.
