Zenless Zone Zero has launched a new real-world collaboration in Japan, teaming up with Sushiro for a limited-time event that blends food, collectibles, and in-game rewards. Running from June 24 to July 12, the collaboration is available at select locations in Osaka Prefecture and Akihabara, Tokyo, offering fans a unique way to engage with the game outside of its digital world.

While themed collaborations are nothing new for HoYoverse titles, this one has quickly drawn attention for a different reason. Alongside featured characters like Yanagi and Yuzuha, fans were surprised to see Harumasa included in the promotional material, sparking discussion across the community.

A Themed Menu Designed for Fans

The collaboration centers around a specially curated menu inspired by characters from Zenless Zone Zero. Customers visiting participating Sushiro locations can order themed dishes such as large shrimp sushi, whelk shellfish, and duck breast selections. Each item is paired with collectible character art cards, adding an extra incentive for fans to try multiple menu options.

Desserts are also part of the experience, with items like Mille-Crepe Melba and Lemon Cheesecake designed to match the event’s aesthetic. These additions help create a complete themed dining experience rather than a simple promotional tie-in.

The official Sushiro event page provides full details on the menu and card distribution, allowing visitors to plan their purchases based on which characters they want to collect.

While several characters are featured in the collaboration, Harumasa’s inclusion has become a major talking point. The character has not been prominently featured in recent updates, leading some fans to feel he had been sidelined.

This collab changes that perception, even if only slightly. By including Harumasa in promotional artwork and merchandise, HoYoverse signals that the character has not been forgotten. For many players, this small acknowledgment is enough to reignite interest.

The reaction highlights how even minor appearances can influence community sentiment, especially in live-service games where character visibility often ties into future updates.

Exclusive Merchandise and Rewards

Beyond the food, the collaboration also includes a merchandise raffle that offers a range of exclusive items. Fans have the chance to win laminated tickets featuring event artwork, mini character figures, and themed plate sets. These collectibles are designed to appeal to both casual players and dedicated fans.

In addition to physical rewards, the event also ties into the game itself. Players can redeem a limited-time code, “ZZZSUSHIRO,” for in-game items such as agent experience materials, currency, and themed items. However, availability for this code varies by region, which may limit access for some players.

This combination of real-world and in-game rewards reflects HoYoverse’s broader strategy of blending physical and digital engagement.
