Asuka fans will have to wait a while longer to see their favorite wrestler back in action. Asuka is currently out with a knee injury that has been bothering her for some time.
The injury first appeared during a SmackDown segment two months ago, causing Asuka to limp. She took a short break to heal but returned to work soon after. Unfortunately, the European tour aggravated the injury.
Backlash Farewell and Recovery
Despite the worsening pain, Asuka stayed with WWE to drop the tag titles at Backlash. Now, she’s taking a more extended break to focus on healing completely.
Everyone hopes for Asuka’s speedy recovery so she can return to the ring as soon as possible. There’s no official word on when “The Empress of Tomorrow” will be back on WWE television, but fans are eagerly awaiting her return.
