The anime adaptation of Suzuki Makishima and illustrator Yappen’s light novel series “Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf!” is set to debut in January 2025. Serialized by Hobby Japan under the HJ Novels imprint, the series also boasts a manga adaptation by Shimo Aono. F

ans eagerly await the anime, which will broadcast on the Animeism programming slot on TBS, CBC, MBS, and other Japanese channels. Exact broadcast timings will be revealed later.

A newly unveiled key visual features Mariabelle, Kazuhiro, and Uridora in autumn attire at Hirosaki Castle. Additional cast members include Yumi Uchiyama as the dragon Uchidora and Rico Sasaki as the cat child Myui. Yusuke Kobayashi voices Kazuhiro Kitase, with Kaede Hondo as Mariabelle.

The opening theme “Palette Days” is performed by Sasaki, while Niisanji VTubers Higuchi Kaede and Kanae collaborate on the ending theme “Yummy Yummy.” Director Toru Kitahara leads the project at Zero-G Studios, with Aya Yoshinaga as the composer and scriptwriter and Madoka Hirayama as the chief animation director and character designer.
