TJ Earle reached out to The Post through his lawyer in July 2008 and mentioned his shame for betraying a beautiful wife, Alisa. According to TJ’s lawyer, Mitchell Ansell, he accepted full responsibility and did not blame anyone for the chaos.
Ashley and TJ started flirting in a Jersey Store Eatery. After a few days, TJ booked a room at the Gramercy. It is where he put a nail in his married life’s coffin. TJ spent a day shopping, drinking, and eating at the Big Apple with Ashley. Meanwhile, Alisa was under the impression that TJ was on a business trip.
According to Ansell, TJ and Ashley went to the hotel where TJ used to spend every wedding anniversary with Alisa. Further, a reporter confronted Alisa, and TJ told her that Ashley only wanted to seek attention by raising another controversy.
However, Ansell told The Post that TJ never felt used by Ashley. He tried to pick up the shattered pieces and mend everything after the revelation of the scandal because he knew he embarrassed the Earle family. TJ and Alisa attended Lynn University together.
TJ was infatuated by Alisa the moment he saw her. He did everything to steal Alisa from her ex-boyfriend because she had tamed a wild man (TJ). Thus, their divorce was a shock for one of their friends.
