Global icon and Girls’ Generation member Tiffany Young is officially expanding her solo footprint with a major international tour.

On July 18, her agency, Pacific Music Group (PMG) Korea, announced her upcoming solo Asia tour, titled “Edge of Calm Tour.”

The massive live circuit will serve as the companion performance project to her highly anticipated first-ever full-length solo studio album of the same name.

Arriving nearly ten years after her solo debut EP I Just Wanna Dance in 2016, this twin launch of a studio record and an extensive region-wide tour marks an essential evolution in Tiffany’s journey as a completely independent musical creator.

Mapping the “Edge of Calm” Concert Footprint Across Asia

According to the itinerary released by PMG Korea, the tour will systematically navigate through several major metropolitan hubs across Asia starting in late summer.

Tiffany is scheduled to kick off the tour on September 12 in Hong Kong.

From there, the production will travel through a string of cultural centers before concluding in her home base at the end of the year:

  • September 12 – Hong Kong (Opening Night)
  • Subsequent Dates – Jakarta (Indonesia), Singapore, Taipei (Taiwan), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), and Bangkok (Thailand)
  • Grand Finale – Seoul, South Korea

The tour relies on a thematic foundation built directly around the concept of her upcoming album.

Titled Edge of Calm, the project focuses on capturing structural moments of creative focus, extreme immersion, and deep emotional balance existing just before complete stillness.

The live shows are expected to visually and sonically embody these dual themes, giving audiences an intimate window into her matured artistic space.

The Creative Conception and Strategic Path to the August Album Drop

The announcement follows a carefully plotted comeback window designed to celebrate Tiffany’s decade-long solo history.

Earlier in May, she effectively jumpstarted her new era under PMG Korea by releasing the digital track “Summer’s Not Over,” which serves as the leading sonic preview for the upcoming album.

Proving her thorough devotion to the craft, Tiffany has reportedly immersed herself in every stage of the production cycle for the Edge of Calm album. Her hands-on contributions span:

  • Developing the structural visual concept and styling directives
  • Curating the artistic direction across all upcoming media assets
  • Constructing the narrative storyboards for the main music video

Fans eagerly anticipating the physical release will be able to officially place pre-orders starting on July 30.

Throughout the remainder of August, PMG Korea will systematically roll out sequential audio snippets, concept photo galleries, and music video teasers to lead directly into the album launch.

The full studio album, Edge of Calm, will land on all major global streaming networks on August 20.

With her musical Yumi’s Cells running concurrently through August 23, Tiffany Young is entering one of the busiest, most creatively fulfilling stretches of her career- fully solidifying her identity as a permanent, multifaceted powerhouse in the global music industry.
