Netflix’s latest viewership rankings have a new standout. Teach You a Lesson has officially become the fifth most-watched Korean series in Netflix history, continuing an impressive run just weeks after its premiere.
According to the latest Netflix Tudum Top 10 data, the series accumulated 46.6 million views between its June 5 debut and June 28, allowing it to overtake The Glory and move into fifth place on Netflix’s all-time Korean series rankings. The milestone highlights the growing global popularity of the drama and reinforces the continued demand for Korean-language originals on the streaming platform.
Netflix rankings show rapid global growth
The latest figures released through Netflix Tudum place Teach You a Lesson behind only four Korean titles. It now trails All of Us Are Dead, which remains fourth with 55 million views, while all three seasons of Squid Game continue to dominate the rankings with approximately 265 million, 192 million, and 145 million views, respectively.
By surpassing The Glory, which previously held fifth place with around 39 million views, Teach You a Lesson has quickly established itself as one of Netflix’s biggest Korean hits of recent years.

Set around the fictional Educational Rights Protection Bureau, Teach You a Lesson explores issues within South Korea’s education system through a suspense-driven narrative. Its focus on institutional challenges, combined with strong performances from its cast, has helped the series resonate with audiences worldwide.
The drama has also maintained a place in Netflix’s Global Top 10 Non-English TV rankings for four consecutive weeks, suggesting that interest has remained strong well beyond its launch window.
The latest milestone also reflects the continued international appeal of Korean dramas. Following the success of series such as Squid Game, The Glory, and All of Us Are Dead, Teach You a Lesson demonstrates that audiences continue to embrace original Korean storytelling across multiple genres.
With nearly 47 million views already recorded, the series has firmly secured its place among Netflix’s most successful Korean productions and could continue climbing the rankings if its current momentum holds.
