CM Punk is a wrestling legend, but also a figure of controversy. While many criticize him, AEW’s Ricky Starks offers a different perspective.
In a recent interview, Starks revealed he has no issues with CM Punk. He doesn’t let other people’s opinions influence his own.
AEW’s Ricky Starks Defends CM Punk
Starks says Punk has never done anything wrong to him and even went the extra mile to help him on the AEW Collision show.
“I have no issues with (CM) Punk, I don’t care what anybody tries to tell me,” Starks said. “He has never done me wrong… He really went out of his way to really try make something on that Collision show for me.”
While Starks hasn’t been seen on AEW TV recently, CM Punk is recovering from an injury but is still making appearances. He’s also back in the WWE 2K24 game with the “ECW Punk Pack.”
Fans eagerly await Punk’s recovery and return to the ring. It will be interesting to see how he’s received after this show of support from Ricky Starks.
