Renauld White, a pioneering model who contributed significantly to diversifying designer runways and later appeared on the soap opera “The Guiding Light,” passed away on June 26 at the age of 80.

He was in hospice care at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan at the time of his death.

The cause of death has not been disclosed, according to his friend, fashion designer Jeffrey Banks, as reported.

His funeral will be held on July 12 at 11 a.m. at the Whigham Funeral Home in his hometown of Newark, N.J.
