In an interview with the Japanese magazine More, lead voice actors Daiki Yamashita (Izuku Midoriya), Nobuhiko Okamoto (Katsuki Bakugo), and Sakura Ayane (Ochako Uraraka) talked about the interesting parts of the film. Okamoto and Yamashita highlighted Deku’s new smash, where he names several American states.

The United States of Smash was the attack All Might used against All For One, channeling all his remaining power into a single punch. Izuku naming several American states for his new smash, instead of using a variation of All Might’s attack, shows he has developed his own style while still paying homage to his idol.
United World of Smash was Deku’s ultimate attack in the third movie of the franchise, My Hero Academia: World Heroes Mission. In this move, he uses rapid-fire punches and finishes with a kick using Full Cowl at 100%.
This attack is a variation of All Might’s United States of Smash. Because of Flect’s quirk, Reflection, Deku’s attack also mirrors All Might’s fight in USJ, where he used a flurry of punches to overcome the Nomu’s shock absorption quirk.

In the third film, Deku couldn’t handle the full power of One For All. However, in the new movie, set between the Dark Hero Arc and the start of the Final War, Deku now masters OFA’s quirks. He can use Fa Jin to boost his power and draw out One For All at 100% without the recoil. This means Deku’s new smash will be his strongest attack yet in a movie.
Deku using several state names indicates that his new attack will be a combination of smashes. The only move in the series with two names was the 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash, used to defeat Muscular.
