Former BLACK6IX member Kim Hyun Jae, known as The King, has been cleared of all school bullying accusations. He withdrew from JTBC’s ‘Peak Time’ in March last year due to these allegations.
The accusations against Kim Hyun Jae surfaced in April 2023, causing concern among fans and the public. However, after a thorough investigation conducted by the Seoul Central District Court, it was concluded that there was no evidence to substantiate the bullying claims.
The court ruled that the accuser, a former classmate, must pay damages to Kim Hyun Jae.
The court confirmed that all bullying accusations against Kim Hyun Jae were false. This marks the end of a year-long lawsuit he filed against his accuser.
Kim Hyun Jae gained attention as a member of Team 24:00 on ‘Peak Time’ in early 2023. He withdrew from the program to avoid harming other contestants when the accusations surfaced online.
