Last month, WWE released several wrestlers, surprising many fans. This trend continued with more releases, and it appears injuries may have played a role in the departures of Valentina Feroz and Boa.
Feroz, a regular on NXT since 2020, was one of the more notable names released this month. Her last NXT appearance was a victory over Amari Miller in December.
NXT Stars Released Despite Potential
According to wrestling journalists, both Feroz and Boa had injuries in recent months. NXT talent believe these injuries limited their opportunities to showcase their skills.
One source stated, “Valentina Feroz and Boa have both struggled with injuries in recent months… the two talents didn’t get consistent shots to show what they were capable of due to said injuries.”
While the exact reason behind these latest releases remains unknown, it seems WWE may not have seen Feroz and Boa reaching their full potential due to injuries. Unfortunately, wrestler releases are a part of the industry. Hopefully, Feroz, Boa, and the other released wrestlers will find success elsewhere.
