Rookie K-pop girl group ifeye has faced an unexpected setback on their first region-wide tour.
Their upcoming concert, “2026 ifeye 1st APAC TOUR [ If I ] BANGKOK,” scheduled to take place on July 25, 2026, was abruptly cancelled just two days prior to the event due to local operational issues.
The sudden cancellation was officially communicated on July 23, 2026, causing disappointment for fans who were preparing to travel and attend the show.
Official Statement from Hi-Hat Entertainment
ifeye’s management agency, Hi-Hat Entertainment, released an official statement addressing the sudden schedule change, reassuring fans that the cancellation was entirely out of the group’s hands:
“On July 23, 2026, we were notified by the organizer that the 2026 ifeye 1st APAC TOUR [ If I ] BANGKOK concert, scheduled for July 25, 2026, has been cancelled due to circumstances on the organizer’s side.
As also stated in the official announcement by the organizer (Dark Star), this cancellation is a decision entirely unrelated to the artist or our company, and ifeye and our company had fully completed all preparations for the performance.”
The agency expressed sincere apologies to supporters who had been eagerly anticipating the stop, emphasizing that the group had put extensive effort into rehearsing for the Bangkok performance.
Refund Policy and Unprecedented Travel Compensation
To ease the burden on affected ticket holders, the local event promoter, Dark Star, and Hi-Hat Entertainment outlined a full refund process alongside an exceptional travel compensation policy:
- Ticket Refunds: Full ticket price refunds will be issued through the designated local ticketing and contact channels (cs@darkstar-entertainment.com).
- Travel Expenses Support: Recognizing that many fans were traveling internationally for the show, the organizer announced reimbursement for non-refundable flight and accommodation expenses up to USD $300 per person, provided valid supporting receipts and documentation are submitted.

Despite the disappointing news regarding the Bangkok leg, Hi-Hat Entertainment reassured fans that ifeye will continue with the remainder of their 1st APAC Tour without further interruptions.
