The Runner is a 2026 psychological action thriller starring Gal Gadot as Maia Marten, a successful London lawyer whose ordinary morning run becomes a desperate race to save her kidnapped son. After receiving a call from a mysterious man known as the Caller, Maia is ordered to keep moving through London while following a series of increasingly dangerous instructions. She cannot stop, seek help or ignore the commands without risking her son’s life.
