BTS’s Jin has once again delighted fans with an unexpected display of affection for his younger bandmate Jungkook.
The eldest BTS member attracted considerable attention after arriving at Incheon International Airport wearing a T-shirt featuring a large image of Jungkook.
Jin was spotted at the airport on September 30 as he and fellow BTS members J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook departed for Atlanta for their upcoming overseas schedules.
While the members’ airport fashion naturally attracted attention, it was Jin’s unusual T-shirt that quickly became the highlight of the appearance.
The black shirt featured a photograph of Jungkook from his solo era, along with references to tracks from his album GOLDEN, including “Seven” and “Standing Next to You.”
The shirt had actually been seen before, making its return particularly amusing to longtime fans.
Jungkook’s Hilarious Reaction to Jin’s Shirt Goes Viral
The funniest moment came when Jungkook himself noticed the photograph printed on Jin’s shirt.
According to footage from the airport, Jungkook immediately reacted after seeing Jin wearing his image.
Jungkook was captured bowing 90 degrees toward Jin, apparently playing along with the unexpected fashion choice.
He also filmed the interaction himself, visibly amused by what he had discovered.
Jin then took the joke even further by copying the exact pose Jungkook was making in the photograph printed on his shirt.
V, who was nearby, even helped Jin adjust his position so that the pose and camera angle matched the image more closely.
The interaction quickly spread across X, with fans sharing clips and screenshots of the members laughing together.
One fan noted that Jungkook was the first member to notice the T-shirt and immediately burst out laughing, while another shared a clip captioned,
“LOOK AT THEIR REACTION ON JIN’S SHIRT.”
Other members also appeared entertained by Jin’s choice. J-Hope was photographed smiling while looking at the shirt, adding to the playful atmosphere surrounding the group’s airport appearance.
Jin’s Love for Jungkook’s Solo Era Delights ARMY
The shirt also caught fans’ attention because this is not the first time Jin has worn merchandise connected to Jungkook’s solo career.
According to reports, Jin was previously photographed wearing a T-shirt commemorating Jungkook’s GOLDEN era in 2024.
The latest appearance therefore became another example of the BTS members supporting one another’s individual activities.
Fans humorously interpreted Jin’s repeated choice to wear Jungkook-related merchandise as evidence of his affection for the group’s youngest member.
Social media reactions included jokes that Jin seemed particularly fond of Jungkook’s solo work, while others simply enjoyed seeing the two members laugh together at the airport.
One fan jokingly described the shirt as something that “kills” them, while another expressed how relatable Jin’s enthusiasm for Jungkook was.
The playful moment came as BTS prepared to continue their ARIRANG World Tour’s Latin American schedule.
The group is set to perform in Bogotá, Colombia, on October 2 and 3 before continuing to other cities across the region.
The Latin American leg includes 14 shows across five countries.
For fans, however, the biggest highlight of the airport appearance was undoubtedly Jin’s Jungkook-themed outfit and the spontaneous reaction it produced.
From Jungkook’s dramatic bow to Jin recreating his own shirt design, the interaction gave ARMYs another lighthearted BTS moment to enjoy as the members headed overseas.
