With summer ending, the Halloween season is beginning. This year, the Halloween season starts with “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.” This sequel to the classic 1988 Tim Burton horror comedy sees Michael Keaton back in his role, again tormenting Winona Ryder’s Lydia Deetz.

In anticipation of the release, companies like Funko, Hot Topic, and NECA have celebrated Beetlejuice’s return with exciting new merchandise. Now, BoxLunch has joined the fun with a new collection dedicated to our favorite Ghost With the Most.

The large BoxLunch collection includes t-shirts and sweaters featuring beloved characters from the Beetlejuice universe, as well as backpacks, handbags, and signs.

Among the BoxLunch Loungefly exclusives, there’s a Chibi Beetlejuice Carousel Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Backpack, Beetlejuice Carousel Glow-in-the-Dark Cardholder, Character Frames Mini Backpack, and a Beetlejuice Sandworm Handbag.

For apparel, there’s a Beetlejuice Sandworm Striped Rugby Shirt, Beetlejuice Snake Hockey Jersey, Beetlejuice Sandworm Allover Print Striped Dress, Beetlejuice Carousel Beetlejuice T-Shirt, and Beetlejuice Sandworm Allover Print Women’s Sleep Pants.

The home decor includes a Beetlejuice Light-Up Name Sign, Handbook for the Recently Deceased Fleece Throw blanket, and a Stationery Deluxe Gift Set.

What Is ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ About?

“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” continues the story with Lydia Deetz and her family after a tragedy. Lydia takes her daughter Astrid (Jenna Ortega) back to their family home. When Astrid discovers her mother’s supernatural past and gets trapped in the Neitherworld, Lydia must save her.

To do so, she reluctantly seeks Beetlejuice’s help. The Ghost With the Most has been waiting for this chance for over 30 years, after Lydia left him at the altar.

With this new twist, Beetlejuice might finally get what he wants. However, Monica Bellucci’s Delores and Willem Dafoe’s Wolf Jackson are also after him.

Burton is going old-school for this wild horror comedy, using practical effects and madness like in the first film. This is Burton’s first film since 2019’s “Dumbo,” though he and Ortega pleased genre fans with “Wednesday” on Netflix.

“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” will be released in theaters on September 6, 2024, with early screenings on September 4. BoxLunch’s Beetlejuice collection is available now in stores and online.
