The announcement comes as part of the agency’s efforts to protect both the members of the group and their fans, ensuring that interactions remain respectful and safe.
The agency highlighted that fans must refrain from visiting private schedules or personal spaces of the members, including dormitories, practice rooms, or agency headquarters.
They also stressed that attempting to follow or approach the artists during their movements, handing letters or gifts directly, or lingering near private locations is strictly prohibited.
Sharing or attempting to buy or sell personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or travel details, is also forbidden.
In addition, the agency reminded fans that taking photos, recording videos, or live streaming in places where filming is not allowed—including airports, filming sites, and agency premises—is prohibited, as these actions violate both privacy and safety regulations.
The announcement also addressed fan behavior during official events, particularly during arrivals and departures.
Fans were cautioned against obstructing vehicles, approaching artists recklessly, or attempting to throw or insert letters and gifts through car windows, as such actions could lead to serious accidents.
The agency urged fans to cooperate with on-site staff and security personnel to ensure the safety of everyone present. Special attention was given to airport etiquette, as airports are public spaces shared by many.
Fans were asked to maintain a safe distance, avoid excessive filming, physical contact, or unilateral attempts at conversation, and respect the movements of other passengers and the artists.
The management team also emphasized the importance of respecting the professional spaces of the artists.
Unauthorized entry into workplaces, filming sites, or impersonating staff is strictly prohibited. Fans are warned not to obstruct the work of managers, security teams, or staff members, and verbal abuse directed at them will not be tolerated.
Also, the agency stressed that contacting or approaching family members or acquaintances of the artists is strictly forbidden, as this compromises privacy and safety.
Regarding fan letters, the agency clarified that letters or gifts must go through official procedures. Any letters delivered outside these procedures at events or to on-site staff will not be accepted.
The agency provided guidance on official fan letter addresses and delivery methods to ensure safe and proper communication.
Finally, the agency warned that violations of these guidelines could result in restrictions on future fan club activities without prior notice.
