Popular actor Ahn Hyo Seop is preparing to make his highly anticipated television comeback in the upcoming JTBC drama Final Table.
Currently in the final stages of production, the series is slated for an October premiere across domestic and international broadcast platforms.
In a digital interview released by Marie Claire Korea on its official YouTube channel, Ahn Hyo Seop shared insights into his role, reflected on his current daily life, and expressed his deep affection for his fan base, affectionately known as “Poljjak.”
Inside “Final Table” and Kang Han’s Journey
The upcoming drama centers on international Korean chefs who assemble to compete in a prestigious culinary tournament titled “The Table: K Chef 2026.”
Ahn Hyo Seop headlines the ensemble cast alongside Hong Hwa Yeon, Chang Ryul, and Jung Yoo Jin.
In the series, Ahn Hyo Seop portrays Kang Han, an accomplished chef who built his career overseas before returning to compete.
Comparing the overall tone and message of the drama to comfort food, he shared his thoughts on what viewers can expect:
