VARO Entertainment, the management agency representing popular South Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok, has published an official statement addressing severe invasions of privacy targeting the actor and his team.
The agency expressed appreciation for legitimate fan support while making it clear that unauthorized tracking, stalking behaviors, and the illegal distribution of private personal data will no longer be tolerated under any circumstances.
The announcement outlines specific inappropriate actions that fans and individuals must immediately cease, detailing the company’s planned enforcement steps to safeguard the actor’s privacy, safety, and everyday work environment.
Unannounced Schedule Visits and Unauthorized Stalking Behavior
VARO Entertainment highlighted several recurring, disruptive behaviors that prompted the official statement.
According to the agency, individuals have repeatedly gathered at unannounced schedule locations- including active filming sets, private travel routes, and airports- as well as tailing the vehicles of the actor and his staff members.
Most notably, the statement emphasized that individuals have begun targeting private residential spaces.
The agency strictly urged people to immediately stop going to or waiting around the personal residences of Byeon Woo Seok’s managers and associates in an attempt to monitor his movements.
Also, obtaining, purchasing, or sharing the actor’s personal information and private itinerary details through illegal or improper channels was explicitly highlighted as a critical safety violation.

To prevent further incidents and ensure smooth operations on-site, VARO Entertainment requested that fans strictly limit their attendance to events that are officially announced as open for public fan participation.
