Haiba Lev (Haikyuu!!)
The tallest character from Haikyuu!! is Lev Haiba from the Nekoma Volleyball Team. His first appearance was indeed scary, especially for Hinata. Lev’s intimidating height almost made him the perfect Volleyball player if not for his lack of game skills. His height, although it is a blessing, can also make him clumsier than others.

Although Kuroko no Basket is full of tall characters, the character that is the tallest is Murasakibara Atsushi.
His height increased impressively. When he used to play for the team Teiko, he was 6 ft and 1 inch tall. However, currently playing for the team Yosen, he measures up to 6 feet and 10 inches. Just like Lev, Atsushi is very tall for a 16 year old. He is thus the largest player in Kuroko no Basket, giving him an upper-hand in most of the games. Although many characters are pretty strong in the anime, a character than stands out for being physically strong is Ira Gamagoori.
He is a part of the Elite Four from the student’s council and is considered to be the impenetrable shield of Satsuki, the president of the student’s council. Ira also happens to be the tallest member in the entire anime series with the height of more than 8 feet. His powers are superhuman strength which compliments him height really well.
Koro Sensei (Assassination Classroom)
Assassination Classroom is an anime that gives us warm feelings with each episode and leaves us with tears towards the end. It introduces us to many different characters that many viewers can relate too. Howver, the character loved by everyone in the anime definitely is Koro Sensei.
This sensei is a giant Octopus-like creature who has superhuman speed. He is 9 feet and 10 inches tall which is considerably taller than his human form. Although being very tall, he can be considered as one of the gentle giants, as he is very sensitive to the opinions of his students about him.
Sajin Komamura (Bleach)
Bleach is an anime that takes us on epic journeys from the human world to the spirit world. Being strong in this universe is something that is a must. The anime consists of strong captains, one of them being Sajin Komamura. Sajin is the Captain of the Seventh Division. The Werewolf character measures up to 9 ft. and 5.5 inches, he can be really intimidating. Interestingly, after receiving a new armour that included a helmet, Sajin began to look more intimidating and taller. He can even shift his appearance to look similar to a human.
Escanor (Seven Deadly Sins)
Seven Deadly Sins is an anime that introduces us to a fantasy world of Kings, Knights as well as monsters. Diane (Seven Deadly Sins)
Another sin from Seven Deadly Sins is Diane, who is the tallest among the other group members. As she comes from the Giant race, she measures up to 30 feet tall. Sadly, she envies the people of human height which is an irony considering she is the Serpent’s Sin of Envy. She wishes to turn into a normal girl someday and with the help of Merlin, the sin of Gluttony, she is able to do so. In the end, she is able to shrink and grow whenever needed. Her human height measures up to 5 feet and 5 inches.
Eren’s Founding Titan (Attack on Titan)
When Attack on Titan was first introduced, we all thought that there is no titan bigger than the Colossal Titan. Little did we know that we were very wrong about this until very recently. Attack on Titan is almost coming to an end and with this different kinds of titans have been revealed to us, including Eren’s Founding Titan.
Eren’s Founding Titan is something terrifying to look at yet cool. Being made up of only bones and Eren’s head, his Founding Titan roughly measures more than 700 feet. This titan is the largest and tallest Titan we have come across so far. If this titan can stand on its two feet, which seems impossible, the measurements will exceed 1000 feet.
Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann)
Next up on the list is an interesting character as its height isn’t measured in Feets but in Light Years! Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is probably the tallest character among all the other anime characters. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a mecha anime that introduces us to a dystopian world that consists of many battles involving robots. The Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann was first introduced to us in the final battle in the series’ film “The Lights in the Sky are Stars”. It is also known as STTGL. This huge mecha energy was formed by combining other Tengen Toppa Gunmen.
The exact measurements of STTGL’s height is difficult to pinpoint. However, we know that it exceeds the length of the observable universe which is 93 billion light-years across. STTGL’s height is, thus, considered to be somewhere between 300 to 550 light-years tall.
