Zombieland Saga movie announced
As we’ve been mentioning, a movie based on the popular anime series Zombieland Saga has been announced. This upcoming movie will be titled ‘Zombies vs. Aliens’. The announcement was made during a live concert event that took place on the 16th and 17th of October. This live concert was also available for international viewers online. The announcement was further confirmed by Twitter posts shared by MAPPA and Apex Pictures.

Fans had been dreading that season 2 might have been the end of the Zombieland Saga franchise. But with the rise in popularity, the anime had to return after all. The promotional video is a live-action video featuring Japanese veteran actors Hakuryu and Kunio Murai. The two skilled actors are from the Saga Prefecture, a Prefecture that plays an important role in the anime. In the video, they argue over Saga Prefecture. Towards the end, they announce the new Zombieland Saga movie. Interestingly, Hakuryu also voices White Ryu in the second season of Zombieland Saga.

Cast and Staff
Very little is known about the cast and staff of the upcoming movie. However, we expect the main cast including Mamoru Miyano, Kaede Hondo, Asami Tano, Risa Taneda, Maki Kawase, Rika Kinugawa, Minami Tanaka, and Kotono Mitsuishi to resume their roles. The staff may return with Shigeru Murakoshi writing the scripts, but there has been no confirmation regarding the news either.
