The manga was serialized by Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. It ran between September 2006 and March 2004. The story follows a boy named Yugi Mutou, who after solving an ancient puzzle awakens his inner gambling alter-ego. The manga has also been animated. So far, 4 different versions have been released.

Fans have always wanted to know more about the Duel Monsters. Lucky for them this is soon going to come true. The manga will delve in to the origins of the OCG’s monsters.
The announcement of the new manga can be owed to the recent increase in the popularity of the card game. The most famous OCG product to have been originated from the manga is Duel Monsters. 35 billion cards have been sold till January 2021, generating around $9.64 billion. The manga will be released with Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Strctures manga. The OCG Structures manga is basically a guide for the players to create a strong deck of cards. It features various helpful tips and new cards available for the purchase.
