Yoon Chan Young and Park Ji Hoo Talk About Their Characters in ‘All Of Us Are Dead’
In the drama ‘All Of Us Are Dead’, Yoon Chan Young plays the role of Lee Chung San. A boy with a heart of gold who puts everyone else’s happiness and safety before himself, which is not a very helpful trait to have when a zombie apocalypse had broken out. Furthermore, he is madly in love with his childhood friend Nam On Jo, being played by the beautiful Park Ji Hoo.
She is a born fighter and is extremely fast at figuring out techniques to survive due to her father being a firefighter. During the interview, the actors talked about what they loved the most about their characters. For Park Ji Hoo, it was the hopeful nature of her character Nam On Jo, who, despite being in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, did not believe in putting others in danger for saving themselves. As for Yoon Chan Young, he said that he liked how morally correct his character, Lee Chung San, was.
The two further talked about what it was like to work in a series surrounding a zombie apocalypse. We all have wondered what it would be like if a zombie apocalypse broke it during school hours, and it seems like Park Ji Hoo is also on the same boat as us. She spoke about how this drama made her wildest imagination turn into a reality. On the other hand, Yoon Chan Young spoke about the difficulty of running and showing emotions of fear and despair when he knew that zombies were not real.
