The real name of Kali Uchis (her father gave her this nickname) is Karly-Marina Loaiza, she was born on July 17, 1994, in Alexandria, Virginia, the U.S. Her father had to frequently move from the United States to Colombia to take care of Kali’s mother who was ill at the time, which resulted in her to move with her father too.
