Fairy Tail – The Plot
The storyline revolves around the idea of Earth becoming home to innumerable guilds that several powerful wizards are a part of. These wizards apply their magic for a certain amount of money in return. Natsu Dragneel is a dragon slayer wizard. He decides to explore the Kingdom of Fiore. The reason behind his quest is to look for his adoptive father – Dragon Igneel. Fairy Tail is actually the name of the guild that Natsu is a member of.
During this journey, Natsu meets Lucy Heartfilia and asks her to join Fairy Tail too. The duo is joined by more powerful creatures. The group they form consists of Natsu’s Exceed partner – Happy and an ice wizard – Gray Fullbuster. They also have Ezra Scarlet who happens to be a magical knight. Another dragon slayer wizard and Exceed duo is also a part of the team – Wendy Marvell and Carla. Together this team decides to fight criminals, go on different missions and kill demons.
The main antagonist of the series is a demon wizard called Zeref who has been cursed with immortality and deadly power. The power group finds Zeref living in isolation on Fairy Tail’s Sacred Ground of Sirius Island. Zeref wishes to die for all the atrocities that he has committed, but unfortunately, he cannot.

Natsu finds out that he is Zeref’s younger brother. He also discovers his identity of being an E.N.D – Etherius Natsu Dragneel. It turns out that Zeref had resurrected Natsu as a demon with the intention of being killed by him. However, Natsu fails to do so. It is then that Zeref absorbs the Fairy Heart from Mavis in an attempt to change the past timeline of events. Natsu tried to stop Zeref from changing history this drastically. This is when Mavis decides to lift her and Zeref’s curse by reciprocating his love. As a result, both of them die.
The group also successfully kills Acnologia and releases his spirit. Thereby, they also successfully save all the Dragon Slayers who were held captive. Post this entire adventure, Natsu and his team embark on a new journey.

Who Does Natsu End Up With In Fairy Tail?
During the entire course of this manga and the adapted anime, there were several romances blooming between the members of the group. Thereby, it is inevitable that all fans who haven’t watch it till the end have one question – Who Does Natsu End Up With? Let us give you the spoiler you’re looking for. In the end, however, Natsu ends up with Lucy in Fairy Tail.
Till the very end, there does remain some ambiguity as to who Natsu does end up with it. Even though NaLu (as the Natsu-Lucy ship is lovingly referred to by fans) is pretty much confirmed. Till the very last episode, even though there is some build-up about Natsu confessing his feelings to Lucy, it never actually pans out in the finale.
