Wednesday Club Episode 3 is expected to release very soon and fans cannot wait for the upcoming drama to be revealed next week! This upcoming Thai series has gained much popularity since its offical premiere and has been a fan favorite! The story, based on Sunantha’s novel ‘Tukkata Taem Si’ revolves around a group of high schoolers who come together as a bunch of misfits.
According to them, they’re the “middle children”, who don’t belong to either side of the society or fit into the standard. Kong, Tam, Phali, Kun, May, Pheem and Mac, are the seven members of the Wednesday club and they all have a single rule they mustn’t break: to not date one another.
However, it seems that as the show goes on, this rule is ultimately being broken by the members as they begin developing feelings for one another as they get to know each other more. The upcoming Wednesday Club Episode 3 will be expecting a change in the group’s dynamic as two couples are seen to be forming within the club itself.
Recap
The previous episode begins with Tam’s backstory. Tam had been struggling with her parents divorce and ultimately ended up staying with her grandmother. This made her life restricted as out of love, her grandma often forbid her from hanging out or even making male friends.
Kong starts developing feelings for Tam, and tries to get closer to her, but his efforts are blocked by Tam’s grandmother who scolds him and May, stopping Tam from meeting at the bar. With this, May takes her chance to make a move on Kong, but is disappointed as he doesn’t reciprocate the same.
Frustrated, she goes to Kun, who tries and helps her in return for staying at her place for free. He calls in Phali, who had just broken up with Kong’s sister Kanya, and lies to him saying Tam had a crush on him. Phali had just been heartbroken by Kanya so he didn’t think much of it.
On the other hand, Kong does his best and calls Tam over for delivery in hopes of spending time with her.This quickly takes a bad turn when him and his mother get into an argument and Tam decides to leave out fo awkwardness. She meets Phali, who offers her a ride and runs errands with her, realising that he actually enjoyed spending time with her.
He asks if she can meet him anytime soon but dejected, Tam says she’s unsure of when they can meet. When she reaches home, Tam’s grandmother found out about her sneaking around at night and beats her. Devastated, Tam immediately goes to her room and texts Phali asking if he was free to meet. At this, the two of them make a plan and Phali takes her out to the city and shows her around.
As the two of them spend time together, they can no longer ignore their chemistry and so, Tam decides to make the first move and leans in for the kiss. She tells Phali she isn’t afraid to try new things and if the two of them were single, she wouldn’t mind seeing him more often.
Phali reciprocates her feelings and the two agree on spending more time with each other. The next day, they share this news to the Wednesday Club and Kong walks out disappointed. Phali goes to console him and tells him he promises not to hurt Tam. Shortly Tam too goes out and meets Phali, and the two of them leave.
As Kong witnesses the two of them go, he’s caught by surprise as May comes kisses him and asks him to consider her as an option to date. The episode ends on a cliffhanger as Kong’s decision remains unknown and Phali and Tam’s relationship is yet to blossom.
