Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is a musical rom-com which is created by Rachel Bloom and Aline Brosh McKenna and premiered on The CW on 12th October 2015. The series went a big hit with all over the audience and critics as well and gathered substantial viewership as well. The series aired its third season on 13th October 2017 and on 2nd April 2018, the series was renewed for a final Season 4.
The series revolves around a Yale and Harvard educated lawyer who tries to reconnect with her first love from summer camp. Rebecca Bunch, as the name of the lead character goes, is a hyper-active ex-girlfriend who starts an unstable relationship with her lover’s friend. The story follows this premise.
The series Season 4 is expected to air on 12th October this year, and with a total of 18 episodes, this will be the final season for the series. The series star told that the series had found its saturation point, because of the premise. The series is based on ‘a part of a girl’s life going through a crisis’ and that ‘isn’t enough’ to support the series for a longer race.
The cast for Season 4 is mostly the same with Rachel Bloom returning as Rebecca Bunch, Vincent Rodriguez as Josh Chan, Donna Lynne Champlin as Paula Proctor, Pete Gardner as Darryl White feather and Vella Lovell as Heather Davis. Also, after his last performance, Patton Oswalt will be returning as Castleman, and other characters include Gabrielle Ruiz as Valencia Perez, David Hull as Josh “White Josh” Wilson and Scott Michael Foster as Nathaniel Plimpton III.
Season 4 will see Rebecca finding her inner happiness rather than her pursuing her love. There hasn’t been a trailer for the Season yet, but stay tuned with us for further updates.
