Tokyo Ghoul re Episode 11 put things in place for the finale of the first season of Tokyo Ghoul re. I have to say, I’ve got a mixed opinion on Tokyo Ghoul re anime, but the good certainly outweighs outweighs the bad here. We didn’t start off quite well. The first episode adapted nearly 6-8 chapters from the manga, and you just see how fast they were moving with this anime. It didn’t do the manga any justice, and I think the first 4 episodes continued down that road. However, starting from Episode 5, the pacing improved quite a lot, and since then, i think the series has been pretty damn good. I’m one of the Tokyo Ghoul fans who have always wanted a decent adaptation of the manga. Well, this isn’t perfect, but it isn’t bad either.

But, he really does care and we’ll see why in the next episode. Over at the Quinx side, we are going to see Noro face off against Shirazu, and Urie. A sad detail here is that Shirazu will sacrifice himself to allow Urie to take Noro down. Yep. Shirazu will die. This will buildup of him using the Nutcracker now makes sense. The money he needed for his sister is going to be provided by Urie and from here on out, Urie will really change as well.
