Episode 11 of The Neighborhood Season 4 dropped on 17th January 2022 titled “Welcome To The Knockout”. The episode began with Dave, Calvin, and their respective wives, Gemma and Tina joining the gym along with Marty and Malcolm for getting fit. Although, Gemma and Tina went straight towards the smoothie bar in the gym. Before starting their workouts, Dave showed off his new toes shoes that he bought to hide his toes, while Marty showed off his new watch that had a heart rate monitor. Meanwhile, Calvin tried to begin lifting heavy weights straight up as a showoff but failed.
Later on, Calvin suggested Dave participate in the Amateur Boxing event at the gym and get into real fitness. Although, Dave was not sure whether he was as fit as boxers to take on the competition. But Calvin told him he had nothing to worry about since he would personally train him as he was a boxer back in the day. In addition to that, the competition would possibly be a forty-fifty-year-old dad, and he could be them easily. Eventually, they began training, and it looked like Calvin was making Dave run for miles to get him beers and chips. On the other hand, Marty had met a girl named Necie, who was a boxer and found it cute that Marty was a sweet mama’s boy. Moreover, he managed to get her on a date night at his house.

But he messed it up when he fainted after cutting his finger and seeing his own blood due to the phobia of blood. Gemma and Tina, on the other side, tried to get into fitness by joining the cardio BootCamp at the gym. However, they eventually left it and went back to smoothies. Meanwhile, Dave and Calvin got a shock learning that Dave’s opponent was not some dad but an aggressive young boxer. Although, Dave didn’t back down and went into the ring with him. Surprisingly he held his own in the first round and won at the start of the second round because the boxer knocked himself out while showing off. On the other hand, Marty fixed things with Necie and got another chance at a date with her.
